SETUP FEE:
It isn't personal, but with the high number of people who abandon their mailboxes with high balances, as a Kentucky postal partner, and a Kentucky corporation, we try to minimize our losses by charging a setup fee/security deposit.
People who make annual payments are not required to pay a security deposit.
Even if you are paying monthly, don't worry, once your account is in good standing for a while, $20.00 of the security deposit portion may be refunded if you request it and it is approved by our head office after you request it!
ID / POSTAL FORM 1583:
Please feel free to scan and email, take a picture of your smart phone and email your U.S. Postal Service Form 1583 to us as soon as possible.
We are also required to have a copy of your identification.
You may email these things to us, fax them to (859) 687-6144, or mail them to the business center you signed-up with at the Kentucky Virtual Mailbox®.
Only Kentucky Virtual Mailbox can cancel your account:
We always want to retain you as a customer! We use Software as a Service (SAAS) like Microsoft, Google Calendar, and other SAAS applications.
Our SAAS providers are Anytime Mailbox® and SphereMail®. As such, they cannot cancel your account. Kentucky Virtual Mailbox is the Certified Mail Receiving Agent (CMRA) with the U.S. Postal Service. As such, we are your agent, not our SAAS providers.
We will also gladly accept FedEx, UPS, DHL, Lone Star Overnight (LSO®), GoCommEx (CommEx®), Bluegrass Legal, Bluegrass Medical, or Bluegrass Express® packages and letters on your behalf!
